It's not about ELIMINATING anything in particular from your diet. It's better to simple recognise what isn't good for the planet (or your waistline for that matter) and thinking about weather you want to be part of the solution. It's not that big a deal to cut out meat for a one or more lunches a week. After you do that then move on from there.... or not, it's still an improvement even if it's small. No one is asking you to change your lifestyle or the world overnight.
