If ur single, and work is not that far, the scooter is the way to go. if you have to commute, try using a bus/train station. The DART in Dallas has been extending to other smaller surrounding cities, so you could get a scooter, drive to the train station and take the DART to work... The only thing is you would have to worry if someone was gonna steal it or not in the Dallas area, they should build parking spots with a security guard, you can park there and pay like 5 bucks.

Yes, for the whole car, not just the added extra of the driving around part. While I agree it's a good thing that he managed to shake things up, I simply wouldn't have bought the product if I knew it contained features I didn't wish to pay for. The only reason I can see this is a good thing, is that it might get them to re-think their position on selling a laptop with no OS.

I honestly don't see why this is needed. I just got my first iphone a few days ago. I can type faster on it than I ever could on my TREO 650 or even my AT&T Tilt. The big advantage is that you don't have to press in on the button. A light tough is all that is needed. That coupled with the auto correction makes for VERY fast data entry. People who get all bent out of shape about tactile feedback clearly don't own an iphone.
